What can I customize in my card?
You can customize our existing design or we can design from scratch. Customizations include:
- Font colors
- Text or paragraph style
- Change text
- Add pictures
- Back of card can also be customized for a fee.
Can you make a new design for me?
Yes, we can make a new design for you. After choosing if you want to purchase a printable or printed card, type in your request in the additional notes section. You can also send us an email if you have more questions.
Do you send digital proofs?
Yes, we do. We will send a digital proof before finalizing your design for printing at home or by us.
Fees will be charged for any requests done after finalizing a design. We do not provide editable files and other graphic elements.
How many revisions do I have?
We will happily do three revisions for you.
When will I receive my digital proof?
We send out the first proof for ready-made designs within two days of purchase. Designs made from scratch may take three to five days depending on the complexity of your requests.
Where do you ship?
For all our physical products, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the Philippines. We also ship to other countries, send us a message for a shipping quote. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Can I rush my order?
We will gladly rush your order provided that we can accommodate your desired time frame. However, we do not recommend rushing orders as some designs or printing methods take a longer time to finish. We recommend ordering invitations at least three months before the event. This will give us enough time for processing and shipping orders.
